Our Process

Initial Stage

Access Clients Needs

Once contacted our specialists will call & assess your needs and set up an appointment to arrange a site assessment. For solar water heating or a heat pump, we will look at your current geyser installation and pipe work. If for Solar PV we will look at your DB board, install an energy meter and monitor your usage patterns and peaks for at least a one week period.

Second Stage

Free Quotation

Once we have collected the necessary information, we will supply you with a no-obligation free quotation together with a detailed proposal outlining the solution quoted

Third Stage

Installation

Once the quote has been accepted and the deposit has been paid, we will schedule a date and time that suites you to do your installation. Depending on the size of system, solar water heating will normally take us one working day to complete, whereas a solar pv system will take us 2-3 working days.

Final Stage

Monitoring & Support

We will keep in touch with you to make sure that your system is working correctly. Should you have a monitoring device on your system we will do regular check-ups to ensure that the system is working correctly.
